March/April 2022

Join us for another song circle at Eat Surf Yoga in Glencairn, as our circles make their way around the Cape Peninsula. We invite your voices to be heard, to experience the power that comes from singing in a group. Activate your heart chakra to transform feelings of pain for the world into active hope and to lend your voice to the unspoken and to the non verbal beings and bodies of the Earth.

Please book by sending us a message here or on whatsapp on 0834165572

You may attend each event independently, yet as they consolidate each other, we would love it if you could come to both.  Please confirm attendance by sending us an email.

If you wish to attend but cannot afford it, please let us know.

These 2 events will be hosted at The Center, a beautiful “energetic temple” situated in a lush garden, very close to the Farm Village, where you will find restaurants that can accommodate you before and after. More contact details here: www.thefarmvillage.co.za

More information:
Puka teas, water, cushions and mats will be provided, as well as learning materials and songs sheets for the respective events. There is parking at the venue. We require booking in advance, so that we can prepare the materials. Our Deep Ecology Workshop is limited to 20 people and our Songs That Reconnect circle is limited to 30 people. For any further questions please send us an email on gaiaspeaking@gmail.com or Whatsapp or Telegram 0834165572 (Joanna)

The Deep Ecology Workshop is not open for children.

Although the Songs That Reconnect events were not specifically designed for children, they are welcome to join for free if they are keen to participate and able to stay focused and peaceful. And we’d like to encourage more men to join as we need your voices too. Opening to song truly allows us to reconnect to our body, our feelings and the work at hand here. There is no need to know how to sing. This is an invitation for your voice to be heard, in which ever way.

Please arrive on time to start on time 🙂

Staying in the loop:
We use a WhatsApp broadcast list for our local Songs That Reconnect, so please send us your phone number if you want to be informed about our monthly song circles in and around the South Peninsula.

With much reverence for your presence and for the other human and other-than-human species that make this possible.
